At Acoustic Wall Panel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our sound-dampening solutions do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused panels in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the acoustic panels in their original box with all mounting hardware to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
