What materials are the acoustic wall panels made from?
Our panels are crafted from high-quality MDF with a natural wood veneer finish, mounted on a 100% recyclable polyester felt backing that provides superior sound absorption.
How do I install the panels on my wall?
Installation is simple and DIY-friendly. You can either screw the panels directly into the wall through the felt backing or use a high-strength construction adhesive for a drill-free application.
Do you offer free shipping on large orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the panels.
Can these panels be used in humid environments like bathrooms?
While our panels are durable, they are designed for indoor use in dry environments. We do not recommend installing them in areas with high humidity or direct water contact to prevent warping of the wood veneer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused panels in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do the panels significantly reduce noise between rooms?
Yes, the panels are designed to reduce echo and reverberation within a room. While they significantly improve internal acoustics, they also provide an additional layer of sound insulation for walls.
